Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Juju Alpha ("we", "us") for any service - website development, managed SEO, or managed hosting - you ("Client") agree to these terms. Services begin only after a written proposal is accepted and an advance payment is received.

2. Services

The scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in the project proposal shared before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may result in revised pricing and timelines.

3. Payment

• Website projects require a 50% advance before work starts; the remaining 50% is due before final delivery.
• Monthly retainer services (SEO, hosting) are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• Invoices not paid within 7 days may result in suspension of services.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST.

4. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide content, brand assets, credentials, and feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all content supplied does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Designate a single point of contact for approvals to avoid conflicting instructions.

Delays caused by late Client feedback may extend project timelines without any liability to Juju Alpha.

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns the final website design and content created specifically for their project. Juju Alpha retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, or code libraries used in delivery. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

6. SEO and results

Search engine rankings are determined by third-party algorithms (Google, Bing) outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic numbers. We apply industry best practices and report transparently on progress. No refunds are issued for SEO services already rendered.

7. Hosting and uptime

Managed hosting services are delivered via Cloudflare Pages and related infrastructure. While we target 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for outages caused by Cloudflare, domain registrars, or events outside our control. The Client is responsible for maintaining domain registration renewals unless domain management is explicitly included in the service agreement.

8. Cancellation

• Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• Advance payments on project work are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Juju Alpha reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms, with immediate effect.

9. Limitation of liability

Juju Alpha's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question during the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Satara, Maharashtra.
